Mr. Lewis received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1994 with a major in Finance.    After a short career in Banking and Finance he attended and graduated from Indiana Universities Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2000; passing the Indiana Bar exam that same year.   He comes from a family of attorneys.   His great-grandfather, grandfather and father were all attorneys in the State of Indiana beginning in 1894, which means the Lewis family has been continuously representing Hoosiers for over 125 years.   Mr. Lewis is a member of the Indiana, Indianapolis and Hamilton County Bar Associations.  

Mr. Lewis has extensive legal experience in the many legal fields:  criminal defense, family law, child custody, wills and estates, consumer bankruptcy, consumer leases as well as many other legal cases spanning his legal career approaching 25 years.  Mr. Lewis currently focuses his practice on Criminal Defense and Family law.  There are many legal issues that are involved in the practice of law in these areas.  Mr. Lewis has extensive experience that will help you navigate the legal process.   The areas he focuses on can be found under the section “Areas of Practice” on this site.
